AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Specific products and services are subject to availability and may vary according to the customer's needs, destination, applicable laws, supplier availability, and other circumstances.
PRICING
Pricing is determined according to the applicable product, supplier cost, order quantity, shipping method, destination, customs duties and taxes, handling requirements, logistics requirements, and other services requested. Certain service engagements may be quoted or negotiated individually. The company's business plan describes a cost-plus approach that incorporates supplier cost, shipping, customs or duties, handling, and an applicable margin, as well as different pricing structures for wholesale, retail, direct-consumer, and logistics-only transactions. Final pricing will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice, order confirmation, agreement, or other transaction documentation.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be provided in the applicable invoice, quote, purchase agreement, or order confirmation. Depending on the transaction, Luxlink Import & Export Inc. may require full payment before processing, a deposit with the remaining balance due before shipment or delivery, milestone payments, or other mutually agreed payment terms. Customers are responsible for paying all amounts by the stated due date.
LATE PAYMENTS
Amounts not paid when due may result in the suspension of services, withholding of shipment or delivery where legally and contractually permitted, cancellation of an order, or other reasonable collection measures. Any late fee or interest will be imposed only when disclosed in the applicable agreement or invoice and permitted by law. Customers may also be responsible for reasonable collection expenses where permitted by applicable law.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Because products, sourcing arrangements, shipping, customs processing, and other services may involve third-party expenses or commitments, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the status and nature of the transaction. Customers should submit cancellation requests as soon as possible. Amounts already committed to suppliers, freight providers, customs services, carriers, or other third parties may be nonrefundable. Any transaction-specific cancellation or refund terms stated in a quote, invoice, purchase agreement, or order confirmation will apply to that transaction. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by carriers, ports, customs authorities, weather, regulatory requirements, inspections, supply-chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside Luxlink's reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary to process their transactions.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products are subject to availability. Because certain goods are used or sourced through third-party suppliers, individual products may differ in condition, appearance, availability, or other characteristics. Applicable product information will be communicated as reasonably available for the transaction.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to provide accurate information and to use Luxlink's products and services only for lawful purposes. Customers are responsible for complying with laws and requirements applicable to their purchase, receipt, resale, or use of goods unless Luxlink expressly agrees in writing to undertake a particular compliance responsibility.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content owned by Luxlink Import & Export Inc., including original text, branding, graphics, and other materials, may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization, except as permitted by law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Luxlink may work with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, payment processors, suppliers, technology providers, and other service providers. Third-party products and services may be governed by additional terms established by those providers.
SMS TERMS OF SERVICE
By opting into SMS communications from Luxlink Import & Export Inc. through a website form or other opt-in method, you agree to receive SMS messages from Luxlink Import & Export Inc. Messages may include customer-care communications, responses to inquiries, order or shipment information, and other communications you specifically consent to receive.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you subsequently opt in again. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
